This guide covers BOOKIN pricing plans, how to manage your billing, upgrade or downgrade your plan, and understand your subscription details.

The pricing page displays all available subscription plans and their features.

Pricing Page

  1. Navigate to the Pricing page
  2. You’ll see all available plans with:
    • Plan names and descriptions
    • Feature comparisons
    • Pricing information
    • Plan benefits

Your current plan will be highlighted or marked clearly:

  • See which plan you’re currently subscribed to
  • Compare your plan with other available options
  • Understand what features you have access to

From the pricing page or dashboard:

  1. Click “Manage Billing” or “Billing” button (usually in the top left)
  2. You’ll be taken to your billing management page
  3. View your subscription details

Your billing page shows:

  • Current Plan: Which plan you’re subscribed to
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly or annual billing
  • Next Billing Date: When your next payment is due
  • Payment Method: Your current payment method
  • Billing History: Past invoices and payments

Different plans offer different features and limits:

Free/Starter Plan:

  • Basic booking features
  • Limited number of appointments
  • Essential customer management

Standard Plan:

  • Enhanced features
  • More appointments
  • Advanced time slot management (up to 3 months)
  • Additional team members

Professional Plan:

  • Full feature access
  • Unlimited appointments
  • Extended time slot management
  • Priority support

Enterprise Plan:

  • Custom features
  • Unlimited everything
  • Dedicated support
  • Custom integrations

Plan Limits

Your plan determines limits such as:

  • Number of time slots you can create in advance
  • Number of team members
  • Storage capacity
  • Advanced features availability

If you need more features or higher limits:

  1. Navigate to the Pricing page
  2. Review available plans
  3. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  4. Click “Upgrade” or “Select Plan”
  5. Complete the payment process
  6. Your new plan will be activated immediately
  • More Features: Access to advanced features
  • Higher Limits: Increased capacity for appointments and slots
  • Better Support: Priority customer support
  • Additional Team Members: Invite more staff members

If you want to switch to a lower-tier plan:

  1. Go to your billing management page
  2. Select “Change Plan” or “Downgrade”
  3. Choose the plan you want to switch to
  4. Confirm the change
  5. Your plan will change at the end of your current billing cycle

Downgrade Considerations

  • Some features may become unavailable
  • Limits may be reduced
  • Changes take effect at the end of your billing period
  • Review what you’ll lose before downgrading
  1. Access your billing settings
  2. Click “Update Payment Method” or “Change Payment”
  3. Enter your new payment information
  4. Save the changes
  5. Future payments will use the new method

Access your billing history to:

  • View past invoices
  • Download receipts
  • Track payment history
  • Review subscription changes

If you need to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to billing management
  2. Find “Cancel Subscription” option
  3. Follow the cancellation process
  4. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period
  5. You’ll retain access until the period ends

If you’ve canceled and want to reactivate:

  1. Navigate to the pricing page
  2. Select a plan
  3. Complete the payment process
  4. Your subscription will be reactivated

Your subscription typically includes:

  • Platform access
  • Core booking features
  • Customer management
  • Basic analytics
  • Email support (varies by plan)

Be aware of potential additional costs:

  • Transaction fees (if applicable)
  • Premium features (if not included in your plan)
  • Additional team members (beyond plan limit)
  • Custom integrations (enterprise plans)
