Business Hours & Time Slots
Set when you are open and how bookings are offered: business hours, slot length, capacity, buffers, breaks, and optional overrides for specific dates.
Screenshots use the English dashboard; labels and layout may differ slightly in other locales.
Business hours
Section titled “Business hours”Open Business hours under Slots. Set your weekly opening and closing times, then save.

After editing, click Save in the top bar (or the save control shown on your screen).

Slot settings
Section titled “Slot settings”Open Slot settings from the Slots area (same hub as business hours).

Slot duration
Section titled “Slot duration”Choose the slot time / duration each booking block should use (for example 30 minutes, 1 hour).

Bookings per slot
Section titled “Bookings per slot”Enter how many parallel bookings each slot can accept (capacity for that time window).

Buffer between bookings
Section titled “Buffer between bookings”If you need buffer time between consecutive bookings (cleanup, travel, setup), set it here.

Save slot settings
Section titled “Save slot settings”Click Save to apply slot settings.

Breaks
Section titled “Breaks”You can add one or more breaks in the day (lunch, maintenance, etc.).

For each break, set the start and end time (time range), then save.

Overrides
Section titled “Overrides”Overrides let you close or limit availability on a specific date (holiday, one-off closure, different hours).

Choose the date
Section titled “Choose the date”Pick the date you want to override. You can optionally close the whole day or only part of the day.

Closure type
Section titled “Closure type”Choose closing time range or whole day closed, depending on what you need.

Reason (optional)
Section titled “Reason (optional)”You can add an optional reason for the override (shown internally or on communications, depending on your setup).

Check availability
Section titled “Check availability”Your effective availability appears below slot settings / overrides so you can confirm the week and special dates look correct.

Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Save after business hours — then configure slot settings and save again.
- Buffers — use when you need guaranteed gaps between appointments.
- Breaks — keep recurring lunch or blocked windows consistent.
- Overrides — plan holidays and one-off closures early so customers never see wrong slots.
