User Manual
User Manual
Section titled “User Manual”This guide covers two roles: customers using a business’s public booking page, and business users signed in to the dashboard.
Part A — Booking as a customer (public page)
Section titled “Part A — Booking as a customer (public page)”Customers usually do not create a BOOKIN login. You book through the link, QR code, or embedded widget the business shares.
Typical flow
Section titled “Typical flow”- Open the business booking page (for example
bookin.biz/en/book/your-business). - Complete the on-screen steps in order. The business may customize the flow; you might see service selection, date & time, extra questions, your details, and review / confirm.
- Enter your name and email. Verify your email with the one-time code (OTP) sent to your inbox before you can continue.
- Add phone or notes if the form asks for them.
- Review everything, then submit. You receive a booking code and email messages depending on the business’s notification settings.
After you book
Section titled “After you book”- Status: New online bookings are often pending until the business confirms them; then they show as confirmed. See your status on the confirmation screen or booking-status page.
- Check status: Use the booking status page and your booking code (link format may look like
bookin.biz/en/booking-status/...or a generic status page — use the URL the business gives you). - Changes or cancellation: There is no separate “My bookings” login for guests. Contact the business or follow instructions in their emails.
- Check spam for OTP and confirmation emails.
- Keep your booking code somewhere safe.
- If no times appear, try other dates or another service; rules are set by the business.
Part B — Running your business (dashboard)
Section titled “Part B — Running your business (dashboard)”Sign in at bookin.biz with the account your organization uses.
First-time setup (owners)
Section titled “First-time setup (owners)”- After sign-up, organization owners are guided through onboarding (
/onboarding): business profile, availability, and related setup steps. - Other roles may skip straight to the dashboard depending on permissions.
