Creating a New Service
This guide walks through adding one service from the English dashboard: open Services, create a new entry, set name, description, duration, image, optional price, and save.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Sign in at bookin.biz.
- You need permission to manage services in your organization.
Step 1 — Open the dashboard
Section titled “Step 1 — Open the dashboard”Go to the BOOKIN dashboard.

Step 2 — Open Services
Section titled “Step 2 — Open Services”In the sidebar, open the Services page.

Step 3 — Add a new service
Section titled “Step 3 — Add a new service”On the services list, click Add New Service (or equivalent).

Step 4 — Service name
Section titled “Step 4 — Service name”Enter a service name. This is what customers see on your booking page.

Step 5 — Description
Section titled “Step 5 — Description”Add a description of what the service includes. Use the editor to format text where available.

Step 6 — Duration (approximate)
Section titled “Step 6 — Duration (approximate)”Set an approximate duration for the service so availability and slots stay accurate.

Step 7 — Service image
Section titled “Step 7 — Service image”Click Choose image (or Upload) and select a file from your device.

Step 8 — Crop the image (optional)
Section titled “Step 8 — Crop the image (optional)”Adjust the crop so the image fits your booking page and listings, then apply the crop.

Step 9 — Price (optional)
Section titled “Step 9 — Price (optional)”If the service is paid, enter the price and currency. You can skip this for free services, depending on your setup.

Step 10 — Save the service
Section titled “Step 10 — Save the service”Review the form and click Save (or Create service). The service is added to your catalog subject to your visibility and status settings.
